Buffalo Chicken Tacos

I pretty much love anything that begins with "buffalo chicken."  These tacos are no exception!  I found the recipe on...where else?...Pinterest!


Buffalo Chicken Tacos

1 pound chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into 1 inch pieces
⅓ cup flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Blue cheese dressing
Green onions, sliced thinly

In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.  Season the chicken with pepper, then dredge in the flour mixture.  Heat the oil in a large saute pan oven over medium-high heat.  Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.  Remove chicken and place in bowl.  Toss with wing sauce.  Heat tortillas in saute pan or in microwave.  Assemble tacos using your desired toppings (I used lettuce, blue cheese dressing, and green onions).
