Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

My crockpot has definitely been getting a lot of use since Jolene's birth.  It's so nice to throw all the ingredients in the crockpot in the morning and then dinner is done by the time Dustin gets home, without any additional effort on my part.  And some days, Jolene doesn't let me get much done and I am so thankful when that turns out to be a crockpot day.

Here's an easy recipe, Dustin-approved:

Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

1.5 pounds beef stew meat
1 whole onion, Diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 can (10.75oz) Cream Of Mushroom soup
1 teaspoon salt To Taste
0.5 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
0.5 cup sour cream
0.5 cup cream cheese, cut into a few smaller chunks

Place all ingredients, except for sour cream and cream cheese, into crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  With about 1 hour left in the cooking time, add the sour cream and cream cheese.  Stir after the cream cheese begins to melt.  Serve over egg noodles.
