Best moment this week: Monday, December 20th, marks the beginning of the second trimester.  All of our families are gone for the holidays, so this is the first Christmas that will be just me and Dustin, which is nice and relaxing.  Next year sure will be different!
Movement: None
Food cravings: None
Gender: Not yet
What I miss: Coffee
Milestones: The baby is as long as a lemon, weighs about 1-½ ounces, and is 3-½ inches long from head to bottom.

Best moment this week: Sunday, December 19th, marks the end of the first trimester and I am so happy that we’re approaching the end of the “danger zone.”  We also received our first baby gifts from Doug a Patti – an adorable knit sweater and a brightly colored hippopotamus (my favorite zoo animal).

Milestones: The baby is the size of a medium shrimp and weighs nearly an ounce.
